  • Acceptance of Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Order Confirmation: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices: All prices are listed in KSH and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Methods: The form of payment is specified on our website. Full payment must be received before products are dispatched.
  • Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping Costs: We deliver countrywide, and shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method. Free Delivery applies for goods worthy 15,000 and above. After your order confirmation, contact our customer care for shipping enquiries.
  • Delivery Times: Order before 12noon Monday to Saturday for same day dispatch, and next day dispatch for orders placed after 12noon. No deliveries on Sunday. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
  • Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
